The new addition and all the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. There is a large stone patio with a gas grill and a beautiful lawn. There is also a wonderful enclosed outdoor shower. Some of the outdoor furniture on the balcony and patio is Brown Jordan. House is a blend of old with new. There is an original house that was moved to this location 75 years ago, and a new addition that was added on.
Included in the rent is the use of Black Point in Chilmark, one of the most beautiful private beaches on Martha's Vineyard. Black Point is a 20 minute drive from the house, and you will be given a key that will give you access to this property. The nearest beach to the house is Fuller Street Beach, next to the Lighthouse, a 10 to 15 minute walk.
