The Light House is the first property of this spectacular two-house waterfront compound situated on historic Edgartown Harbor. Featured in Architectural Digest, this unique residence was designed by one of the Vineyard's leading designers. The property has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. a very spacious sunny living area with gourmet kitchen with stone countertops, breakfast bar seating, commercial appliances including Wolf and Sub -Zero, dining area and living room area with fieldstone fireplace overlooking the harbor providing spectacular views of Chappaquiddick and Vineyard Sound.
This level features vaulted ceilings and beams and French doors leading out to a mahogany deck with magnificent panoramic views
You can dine, sunbathe or just watch the world go by on the adjoining deck. On crisp evenings you can relax enjoying the Vineyard magic.
The Primary bedroom suite, located on the upper level, has a King bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The finest linens are provided throughout.
On the first floor there is a cozy study with stunning water views and doors leading to outside deck and seating area.
There is a twin bedroom that shares a full bathroom with double vanity tub/shower. Across the hall is a wet bar and laundry room. Two additional sunny Queen bedrooms each have their own ensuite private marble bathrooms with glass showers.
All the floors throughout the house are antique Heart Pine. Amenities include three televisions with cable, high speed wireless internet and Sonos wireless stereo.
