The Ferry House
The Ferry House literally sits directly on Edgartown Harbor. There are sweeping water views of the harbor, Chappaquiddick, the Edgartown Lighthouse, and Nantucket Sound.

The Ferry House is now part of a 2 home luxury compound. The Light House is right next door. Rent either or both together. Transformed from a former boathouse the houses have been featured in Architectural Digest. With a unique blend of indoor-outdoor living, the two-story residence features two decks, a harborside patio, and an open Great Room of living space, all designed around the spectacular waterfront location.

The second floor has vaulted ceilings with beams, The French doors open out to a sun deck with lounge and dining areas. The open 2nd floor has a Living Area with stone fireplace. There is a Dining Area with built-in window seating. A Chef's Kitchen has commercial appliances, center prep island/breakfast bar, and stone counters.
