Brand New Construction Luxury 4 Bedrooms 3.5 bathroom house with heated Pool located in downtown Edgartown. Walk to shops and restaurants. All bedrooms have ensuite full baths. There is a newly built 600sf Barn which will serve as a game room with a Ping Pong table. This new home is professionally decorated by an interior designer. The furnishings and decor are all Modern Farmhouse style, with a beachy palette throughout. The first floor boasts an open concept floor plan with a Gourmet Chef's Kitchen with counter seating for 6, Dining table that seats 8-10, Living Room area with fireplace and flat screen TV. Off of the kitchen is a mudroom, large pantry and laundry facility with separate entrances from both the front and back of the house. There is a Queen Bedroom on the 1st floor with an ensuite full bathroom with shower.
