French doors lead outside to the large 32x18 heated Gunite Pool with built in spa. Covered patio with fireplace, firepit area, multiple ample seating and lounging areas and outdoor dining area that can seat up to 10.
The Main House has 4 bedrooms on the second floor, several with private sundecks from the bedroom. The Primary Bedroom has a fireplace, built-in window seat, and French doors that open out to a sun deck. The primary luxury bathroom has double vanity with marble and a glass walk-in shower. POOL INFO: Pool is heated to 82 degrees in July and August, and included in the rent amount. There is an additional heating surcharge of $250/week in June and September, and $350/week in May and October, if the pool is open.
