You will enjoy short walks into town along the harbor so there is no need for a car even though the home comes with a private driveway that can fit 2 small cars and access to street parking right in front for an extra car or two. Enjoy views of the fireworks from the second floor balcony or simply bask in the sun on any of the lounge chairs while taking in the summer breeze. When you pull into the driveway you will access the house through the side door which is off large private deck perfect for mingling. Once you enter to your right you will see the open sunroom filling the house with natural light and to your left the kitchen. Beyon the kitchen in is the laudry/service room which has an extra shower to rinse off when coming in from a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower behind the deck as well. On the other side of the home is a TV room and a bedroom with a Queen bed on the first floor. At the bottom of the stairs is a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One being a room in the front of the house with a double sized bed and twin. The room other being the master with a King-sized bed and half bathroom ensuite. Through the master you will have access to the second floor balcony. There is a full bathroom on the second floor as well with a shower. All rooms are air conditioned by mini splits other than the front bedroom upstairs which has a window unit.
