Set on 1/2 acre or private property, our family home has 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths that await you in this well appointed, homey space. We take great pride in our family home and welcome you to enjoy it and the Vineyard at large. All kitchen and living amenities abound - new appliances, cable TV, wireless internet, new paint, floors, windows, bathrooms, enormous deck and major interior and exterior improvements.
NOTE: We noted that the listing has 2.5 baths due to the outdoor shower, which is a third bathing space, but there is NOT a half-bath indoors.
