It is fully stocked with All Clad pots and pans, Le Creuset and Williams-Sonoma items. There are 3 types of coffee makers including a Nespresso and drip coffee maker. The dining area has seating for up to 10. There are vaulted ceilings in the dining/kitchen area.
The interior features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings into the main living room, with sectional sofa seating and large 50 “ TV integrated into the custom built-in cabinetry. The French doors open up to the pool area for indoor/outdoor living on the large south-facing patio. This luxury vacation home caters to a distinguished clientele and understands their expectations. The bedding, mattresses, linens and towels are high end quality. The pillows are sources from the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston. There are hair dryers, hair straighteners. Perfect for families with young children as there is a Bounce Castle, toys/books for infant-4 years old, arts and crafts, all the premium TV channels, crib, high chair, infant bathtub, pool toys.
There is 6 zone Sonos system throughout the house and extends to the pool house Universal remote control for the TV in the living room and media room and an iPad for the music system.
Pool is heated to 81 degrees last week of June to the first weekend in September and is included. Pool heat June and September weeks additional charge of $400 per week
