Completely renovated in spring 2020, the air conditioned main house has a master bedroom with French double doors that open directly onto the pool area, two guest bedrooms, an open second floor kitchen/ living/dining room area, and a loft office. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom in the main house with all marble countertops/finishes and a clothes washer/dryer. Completing the main house are two decks -- one off the kitchen/dining room that overlooks the pool and grounds that has a grill and dining table, and a second deck off the living room overlooking the conservation land furnished with a lounge area and high top bar table that seats 5.
A beautiful, private second master bedroom, also air conditioned with large bathroom, a second clothes washer/dryer and huge cedar walk-in closet, sits over the carriage house/3 car garage. Bluetooth Sonos sound system provides music throughout the main house, second master bedroom, pool house, work out room and outdoor entertainment area -- even in the master bedroom shower! In addition there is a brand new work out room with Peloton Bike+, the MIRROR home gym, elliptical, free weights, bench press, yoga mats, etc.
Outside the Gunite salt water pool with hot tub, furnished stone patio with fire pit, ping pong table and bocce court are all surrounded by meticulously landscaped grounds and numerous hydrangea bushes.
Directly off the pool is the brand new two-story pool house with second floor game room (pool table/air hockey table, sofa, TV, drinks fridge, etc) and half bathroom. On the other side of the pool is the beautiful outdoor entertainment area with large grill, sink, refrigerator, wine fridge, pizza oven and no glare SunBrite outdoor TV.
Electric bikes, traditional peddle bikes, kid’s bike and double seated bike, kayaks with paddles & life vests, beach chairs & beach towels, yeti cooler, bike helmets and more are all available to renters! A truly stunning property for a dream Vineyard vacation.
