Located in a secluded neighborhood yet a short ten minute ride to town, this privately custom-built house is perfect to host your family during its Vineyard vacation. Set on over half an acre, the home has been meticulously maintained and upgraded. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath has everything: gourmet kitchen with all necessities; a/c splits; mesh wi-fi throughout house; perfect work-from-home office space; screened-in porch with bar; outside deck with hot tub; incredible landscaping; smart TV's.
The space
We are set in the middle of Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven. Our home is 2000 sq. ft plus the enclosed porch (bar area)--plenty of space to spread out!!
Set back from the road and adjacent to the hike and bike trail. Quiet, tranquil, yet accessible to the hundreds of miles of trails. Right out the back door!
Other things to note
HOT TUB OPEN YEAR ROUND!!! ENJOY THE HOT TUB EVEN WHEN IT'S SNOWING!! Enjoy the spacious deck and hot tub. Relax and take your meals on the porch if you like, or enjoy the picnic table in the back yard near the outside gas grill. Bring it inside at 10PM and respect our neighbors, please.
